Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Winston Salem, NC 27103

Position Overview:
Law firm with extensive experience serving the financial sector is looking for a Customer Service Representative with previous call center background.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries, issues, and concerns from callers, determining appropriate actions.
• Answer inbound calls, field questions, and document call details in the CRM system.
• Serve as the initial contact post-property sale, asking probing questions to assist callers.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• De-escalate calls and provide clear solutions.
• Access CRM for file status and extenuating circumstances.
• Resolve conflicts independently and empathize with customers..
• Adhere to schedules while ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

Position Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Call center experience required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to type while speaking to customers.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Customer-oriented with troubleshooting skills.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to multi-task.
• Quick decision-making skills and resilience in handling complaints.

Desired Skills:
• Typing speed of 45-50 words per minute.
• Previous experience in legal, insurance, or banking preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
