Responsibilities
- As point of entry for customers, you'll be providing outstanding service and support to customers
- Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders over the phone and in person
- Recognizing and explaining the product and/or service of the company clearly and effectively to customers
- Manage and deescalate difficult customer interactions
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service on the phone or in a call center setting
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- HS Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Associates Degree preferred
