The Customer Service Representative & Invoicing Specialist will be responsible for processing customer orders in HubSpot, managing invoicing and collections in QuickBooks, providing exceptional customer support via phone and email, following up on orders and payments, maintaining accurate records, and utilizing tools like LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite for communication and documentation.
