Call Center- Maitland, FL AREA
We need 10 Call Center Reps to start Dec 2nd
They will start to interview Nov 11th week.
Location: Keller Road Altamonte Springs, FL 32714
Pay Rate: $18 an hour / $19 for Spanish speaking
• Commission Eligible : Upsell maintenance packages $10-20 a deal / Extra income weekly
* Must pass a Drug Test and 10-year background. No felony charges allowed.
Training 2 weeks / Day shift 10am-4pm
Working Shift:
• The shifts they need filled are 10am-10pm
• Client will assign an 8-hour shift during that time frame.
Schedule: 24/7 Contact Center – Flexible Scheduling, including nights and weekends

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
• Customer service experience required. (call center experience preferred).
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers.
• Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
• Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and possible weekend rotations as required. (Discuss all schedule requirements at the interview)
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency a plus!
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
• Professionally handle incoming and outgoing requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
• Must be an effective and thorough communicator, detail oriented and able to gather pertinent customer details, all while giving an excellent customer experience.
• Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to scheduling appointments, relaying detailed messages through email, processing credit card payments, data entry, and de-escalating customer concerns.
• Maintain a balance between company policies and customer benefit in decision-making. Handles issues in the best interests of customers and the company.
• Ongoing Comprehensive Training - regularly attend and participate in support training.
