Job Title: Customer Service Scheduler
Contract: Temporary to Perm

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Scheduler. You will be responsible for contacting customers via phone and email to schedule available orders. This involves working with Excel reports and internal scheduling systems, and resolving any discrepancies related to scheduled or unscheduled orders.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay rate: $19/hr
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers to confirm and schedule orders
• Use Excel and internal systems for scheduling and tracking
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Provide professional customer service and follow-up
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center or logistics preferred)
• Strong communication and phone etiquette
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to interact professionally at all levels
• Team-oriented mindset
