A printing/packaging manufacturer in Reno, NV is looking for a few good CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALISTS to join their team. Your main responsibility will be to develop and enhance service-oriented relationships with new and existing customers.

Some duties:

Deal directly with customers by phone or electronically
Reply to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve complaints
Data entry

Qualifications:

You must have at least 2 years of previous experience in a customer service role, and be proficient in and ERP software.

This is an ON-SITE full time, temp-to-hire position paying $17/hr. to start.
