We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist in North Charleston. The Customer Service Specialist will be the first point of contact for customers ensuring they receive exceptional service.
Job Responsibilities:
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
-Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
Provide customers with information about services.
-Handle customer concerns or complaints, ensuring a positive resolution.
-Update and maintain customer records in database.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
