**Job Description:**
As the **Customer Service Supervisor**, you will oversee the customer service team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You’ll be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of representatives, resolving complex customer issues, and collaborating with various departments to streamline processes. This role requires strong leadership abilities and an in-depth understanding of customer service management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service.
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide regular training and feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and other teams to improve customer service processes.
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and concerns via ERP software (Syteline preferred).
- Maintain accurate customer service records and report on key performance indicators.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled in accordance with company policies and high standards of professionalism.
**Key Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience:**
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an individual contributor in a customer service or support role.
- **Industry Knowledge:** Experience in biopharma or a similar industry is preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Experience with ERP systems, with Syteline preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and resolve complex customer service issues.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
