We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our expanding team! This temporary contract role begins November 22 and will last approximately four months. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and skilled at troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently. You’ll provide high-quality support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless issue resolution and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Troubleshoot technical issues, including software problems, device configurations, and connectivity challenges.
Stay current on company products and services to deliver accurate, informed support.
Collaborate with internal teams as needed to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and solutions.
Preferred Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills, with experience handling inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally in a call center or help desk environment.
Reside within the Kansas City Metro Area and able to work onsite.
