This Customer Services Position Features: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers through phone calls, email correspondence, and assisting with purchases. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to customer queries and concerns. Assist customers with purchases, including navigating our website, and processing orders. Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers. Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Cash Handling experience. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle potentially high volume of calls and emails with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
