We are seeking an incredibly talented Customer Solutions Coordinator based out of Renton, WA. This detailed and research/problem-solving-based position requires previous experience in research. Candidates should be dependable and able to work a 40-hour work week (Monday to Friday), have intermediate to strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, intermediate computer skills, and intermediate to strong typing skills. Responsibilities include answering routine telephone inquiries in a customer-oriented Call Center environment, documenting phone calls and actions in the database, processing account update requests, performing notice quality review activities, and researching and resolving customer issues. Additionally, candidates will handle various tasks such as data entry, negotiating payments, and fee reductions, and providing copier maintenance and repair.
