We are hiring for our client—a growing company in the HVAC/construction industry—for a Customer Service Representative with office experience.

This role is best suited for candidates with office-based customer service experience, preferably in HVAC, construction, plumbing, or electrical. It is not a fit for those with primarily call center experience.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide support to builders & homeowners via phone, email, and online portals
• Handle 60-100 emails and calls daily
• Troubleshoot minor issues to prevent unnecessary technician dispatch
• Maintain customer records, service tickets, and scheduling
• Work with management to resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:
• Customer service experience in an office setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
• Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and work under pressure
• Prior experience in HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical preferred

Onsite in Brandon, FL | Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM
Up to $21/hr + benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, holidays after 90 days)
