About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to supporting outside sales representatives and warehouse teams while engaging with companies in a designated region. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office 365 and have a passion for providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with customer accounts through proactive and interactive communication.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly, providing accurate product information and resolving any issues or concerns.
Work closely with warehouse teams, outside sales reps, and purchasing to resolve customer issues and ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
Assist with order placements, cancellations, and returns, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
Follow Procedures: Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality service delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the broader team.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) is required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and outside sales reps.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
