A well-established global software company is seeking a customer-focused representative to join our on-site call center team in Renton, WA. You’ll handle inbound calls, assist a variety of customers, and navigate multiple systems to provide clear, effective support.
What we're looking for:
Comfortable working in a high-volume call center
Tech-savvy and able to switch between programs/screens
Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
Able to sit for long periods and multitask effectively
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience
Must pass both a drug and background check
