Customer Service Communicator
Location: Buffalo, NY 14221
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, No Weekends

Responsibilities:
Conduct customer interviews by asking a series of survey questions and recording the responses.
Perform outbound calling to qualify leads, conduct market research, and generate leads.
Handle other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Prior telemarketing experience is preferred.
High school diploma or GED required. Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
