The Dean will work closely with faculty, staff, students, and senior leadership to advance the academic mission of the college, foster a diverse and inclusive academic community, and promote excellence in teaching, research, and service. Qualifications/Education:
• Master's degree required, preferably in the field of Education or related field.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory experience in an educational setting, with service to adult students preferred.
