Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of legal data accurately and efficiently. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our legal databases and records.

Key Responsibilities:

-Accurately input and update legal data into our databases and case management systems.
-Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry.
-Perform regular data quality checks and correct any discrepancies.
-Maintain confidentiality and security of all legal data.
-Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records.
-Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
-Follow data entry guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards.
-Assist in generating reports and extracting data as needed.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
-Proven experience as a data entry specialist, preferably in a legal setting.
-Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and legal data entry software.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.
-Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
-Basic knowledge of legal terminology and database management systems is a plus.
