Seeking a Data Entry Specialist with prior order entry experience. In this position, you will manually input data from various sources (paper forms, spreadsheets, scanned documents) into computer systems. Verify information for correctness and consistency against source documents to maintain data quality. Proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets (like Excel), and basic computer operations. Update customer information in CRM systems. Ideal candidate will have excellent typing speed and accuracy as well as strong attention to detail. Good computer literacy and proficiency with data entry software and at least 1+ years in a data entry, order processing role.
