Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to perform high-speed manual key data entry, document verification, and quality control for digital documents and checks.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Pay rate: $19.80/hr
Responsibilities:
Perform high-speed (15,000 KS/hr) manual data entry of hardcopy documents into the system.
Validate and correct exceptions in automated document classification, extracted data, and redacted content.
Manually enter metadata and ensure accuracy in document indexing.
Review and verify digital checks, ensuring proper payee, valid check date, and signatures.
Analyze and reconcile check batch totals and account distributions per customer requirements.
Conduct quality control by comparing hardcopy and digitally converted documents.
Maintain accuracy and productivity standards set by management.
Adapt to changing workflows while maintaining efficiency and quality.
Complete assigned tasks and additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
Proven data entry experience with the ability to maintain high accuracy and speed.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Must be able to read and write in English.
Flexibility to adapt to changing processes.
