Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with a minimum typing speed of 10,000 keystrokes per hour (15,000 KPH preferred). Candidates must pass a typing test. This role involves high-speed manual data entry, document validation, and quality control of digital documents.
Schedule & Pay:
• Sunday to Thursday: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Pay rate: $20.70/hr
Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter data from hardcopy documents into the system at a speed of 15,000 KPH.
• Review and validate automated data classification, extracted data, and redacted content, making corrections as needed.
• Perform manual metadata indexing for digital documents.
• Verify check details such as payee information, check dates, and signatures, ensuring proper distribution.
• Conduct quality control by comparing hardcopy documents to their digital versions.
• Ensure deadlines are met by maintaining a steady workflow while upholding quality standards.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Adapt to changing tasks and maintain focus on repetitive work while ensuring accuracy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• 10,000 keystrokes per hour (typing test required).
• Previous experience working night shifts required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to changing responsibilities.
