Position: Delivery Driver

Responsibilities:
Drive a small box truck to load, deliver, and offload casework, millwork, hardware, and materials to various locations throughout the greater Puget Sound area.
Perform heavy lifting using team lifting techniques, hand trucks, dollies, and carts.
Load trucks in a safe and methodical manner to prevent damage during transit.
Deliver products to job sites, ensuring they are placed near their installation location.
Maintain vehicles and assist on job sites and in the shop as needed.
Work overtime as required, including early mornings (as early as 3:15 AM) and non-regular hours.
Qualifications:
Good driving record.
Familiarity with the local area.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
Stable work history and a desire to grow with the company.

Safety and Maintenance:
Work safely at all times, using proper lifting techniques and personal protective equipment.
Operate trucks safely, obeying all traffic laws and job site regulations.
Maintain vehicles in proper and safe condition, performing preventative maintenance as needed.
Daily Routine:
Shift typically runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with flexibility for early or late deliveries.
Clock in and out, recording order numbers, project numbers, and start-stop times.
Use time wisely, assisting with shop tasks during lulls in deliveries.
Take scheduled breaks and maintain a clean and organized work area.
