Job Title: Civil Construction Engineer

AppleOne is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Engineer with a strong background in Tera Model or AutoCAD to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction projects. This role involves working on complex projects, from initial planning through to completion, and requires proficiency in designing, modeling, and interpreting technical drawings.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee civil construction projects, ensuring that all aspects meet industry standards and project specifications.
Use Tera Model or AutoCAD software to create, modify, and review construction models and drawings.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineering professionals to ensure project alignment and efficient workflow.
Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and oversee project progress to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
Provide technical guidance to team members and support troubleshooting throughout project phases.
Qualifications:
Must have good knowledge of designing in Tera Model
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in construction project management.
Advanced skills in Tera Model and/or AutoCAD software.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, construction processes, and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a detail-oriented approach to project management.
