Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit fundraising, grant tracking and compliance, and donor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Grant Management: Oversee the administration of awarded grants, including tracking deadlines, preparing progress reports, and ensuring compliance with all grant requirements.
• Donor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors, providing regular updates on the impact of their contributions.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of grant applications, awards, and reporting requirements using CRM systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with program staff to gather necessary information for grant proposals and reports, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of grant budgets and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
• Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, highlighting the success and impact of funded programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a development role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
