We are looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Digital Ads Manager with extensive experience creating, managing, and optimizing ads mainly in Google Ads and Amazon Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of a paid growth media strategy, working closely with the Director of eCommerce.
- Partner with the eCommerce team to optimize onsite features like product recommendations, upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and search functionalities.
- Work alongside the content manager and creative team to craft compelling messaging and creative assets that align with campaign objectives.
- Manage paid acquisition efforts across multiple digital channels, including social media, search, display, and video (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube), with a focus on achieving sales and ROAS targets.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to enhance campaign efficiency, focusing on key metrics like CPL, CPA, and CAC while meeting growth targets.
- Ensure accurate measurement and attribution of campaigns to understand performance and the impact on customer growth.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tactics, and tools in digital marketing to continuously improve our digital strategy.
- Track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (CAC, LTV, etc.) and provide strategic recommendations based on performance insights.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to develop targeted audiences for new customer acquisition.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid media marketing and demand generation.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Demonstrated success in managing acquisition budgets and driving significant company growth.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing key performance indicators through continuous testing and improvement.
- Proficiency in tagging and tracking with tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and interact effectively with senior management.
- Fluency in English is a must.
