This Direct Hire ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST (Onsite) Position for our client based in McKinney, TX. Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
Pay is at the range of $23-26/hr DOE plus benefits

We are URGENTLY seeking candidates with at least 5 years of General Bookkeeping/Accounting Specialist experience. Working QUICKBOOKS knowledge is a MUST. Will assist Accounting Department including Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections and Billing as required.

The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for performing timely and accurate record keeping in QuickBooks. The Accounting Specialist will work closely with the accounting leadership team and will be responsible for full charge accounting activities, which include but are not limited to, recording daily and monthly transactions in the general ledger, reconciling accounts, supporting month-end close activities and financial statement preparation, developing and maintaining internal controls and supporting various accounting projects as needed.
