Our client is a n established manufacturing company in the Aviation, Aerospace Industry with DoD as one of their main contractors. Client is searching for a talented and passionate DSP Control Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

What You'll Do:
• Innovate and Create: Design and develop advanced DSP algorithms and control systems for a variety of applications.
• Integrate Seamlessly: Work on integrating DSP algorithms with hardware and software components to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Test and Validate: Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure the performance and reliability of our systems.
• Optimize Performance: Continuously optimize DSP algorithms for maximum efficiency and performance.
• Document Thoroughly: Maintain detailed documentation of designs, processes, and system specifications to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate and Succeed: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and project managers, to achieve project goals.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve: Identify and resolve any issues related to DSP control systems, ensuring seamless operation.

What We're Looking For:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in DSP algorithm development and control systems engineering.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in programming languages such as C/C++, MATLAB, and Python. In-depth knowledge of digital signal processing techniques and control theory.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
