Position Overview
As the Director of Asset Services, you will be responsible for managing one or more national or local commercial real estate accounts, ensuring the seamless integration of services to meet both client and company objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing leadership, financial oversight, and operational expertise to drive success across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for assigned commercial real estate accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and operational compliance to maximize efficiency.
Ensure high-quality tenant relations, addressing concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
Monitor cash flow, operating expenses, and property performance metrics.
Supervise property tax administration and insurance compliance.
Collaborate with the Property Management and Construction teams to optimize project execution.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring professional growth and succession planning.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
8+ years of commercial real estate property management or a related field.
5+ years of leadership and supervisory experience.
Commercial real estate industry certifications (CPM, RPA) preferred.
Active Real Estate License required.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and financial management tools.
Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills.
