Recruiting for a Director of Finance in providing strategic financial leadership and ensuring the financial health of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP.
Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company's financial stability.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office programs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
