Job Description:

As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities. You will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching resources to meet the needs of our customers. Your primary duties will include:

Receiving and processing service requests from customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Coordinating with field personnel to schedule and assign service calls, deliveries, or pickups.
Monitoring the progress of service calls and providing updates to customers as needed.
Optimizing routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
Maintaining accurate records of all service requests, dispatch activities, and communication with customers and field personnel.
Responding promptly and professionally to any emergencies or disruptions in service.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Proficiency in using dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in dispatching or logistics is a plus.
