We are seeking a dynamic and customer-friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Dispatch Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for taking and processing customer orders for ready-mixed concrete, scheduling orders, and dispatching trucks. You will also provide exceptional customer service, collaborate with all departments, and organize and send reports or order information to customers. Additionally, you will keep the Customer Service/Dispatch Manager and sales department informed of any issues, communicate available delivery slots, and perform other assigned duties. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.

The ideal candidate will be energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, with previous dispatch experience, though previous fast-paced customer service experience will be considered.
