We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of our fleet, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. If you have excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
Monitor and track the status of deliveries and provide real-time updates to customers and management.
Communicate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver logs, delivery schedules, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Assist with route planning and optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in logistics or transportation is a plus.
Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Proficiency in using dispatch software and other computer applications.
Knowledge of local geography and roadways.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
