Now Hiring for a Document Control Associate in Gainesville, FL! This will be a 3 month contract.
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday
100% onsite role (no remote)
Responsibilities
Document retrieval:
o Pull completed forms from our vendor’s website to create service requests for the Accounts team to process.
o Move completed documents to designated folder for record keeping purposes.
Process Documents Received in Office:
o Open and scan documents received in office.
o Create service requests for tracking purposes.
Maintain Documentation and Tracking Systems:
o Keep documents received in office organized in order of when received.
o Update tracking spreadsheet with service request information.
· Assist with document review under the supervision of the Account Support Manager.
Requirements
· Proficiency in spreadsheet software and data entry skills.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Familiarity with DocuSign software is a plus.
· Previous experience in a similar administrative or clerical role preferred.
