Document Control Manager

Develop and implement document control processes and procedures to ensure the accurate and efficient management of company documents. • Manage the creation, revision, and distribution of controlled documents, including policies, procedures, specifications, and technical documents. • Ensure that all documents are categorized, indexed, and stored in a systematic and accessible manner. • Maintain document databases and control logs to track document history, status, and revisions. • Coordinate document reviews and approvals with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Monitor document changes and updates, and communicate revisions to appropriate personnel. • Conduct periodic audits of document control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures and systems. • Assist in the implementation of document management software and tools to enhance efficiency and document accessibility. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve document control processes and support quality management initiatives. • Other responsibilities assigned by the Manager Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, information management, or a related field. • Proven management experience in developing and implementing document control processes and procedures. • Strong knowledge of document management systems and software. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and management. • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to document control. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve document control issues.
