Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a production-based environment? We are seeking a Document Imaging Specialist to join our team in Tukwila, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for scanning and imaging documents using specialized equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing mail. Your primary duties will include operating the Falcon Red machine to open and extract mail, keying alpha-numeric data, and performing cross-trained tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to shift priorities as workflow changes, and a professional demeanor. Previous mailroom experience is a plus. You will work five days a week on-site, with a schedule that includes weekends. Flexibility to stay until work is completed is essential. The schedule is as follows:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday
Weekdays (Monday - Wednesday): 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Weekends (Saturday, Sunday): 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Strong data entry skills, including proficiency in 10-key and alpha-numeric keying, are required.
