Job Title: Document Processing Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Document Processing Associate. This role involves opening and sorting mail, preparing documents for scanning, and performing related tasks. Candidates should be comfortable with light to moderate lifting (10-50 lbs), standing, bending, and twisting.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (OT possible)
• Pay rate: $16.50/hr
Job Responsibilities:
• Open and sort mail, prepare documents for scanning, and perform related tasks.
• Handle light to moderate lifting (10-50 lbs), standing, bending, and twisting.
• Operate scanning and printing equipment (experience preferred).
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic PC and typing skills.
• Ability to work in a team and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
• Comfortable in a production environment with moderate noise levels.
• Cell phones must be silent and stored in lockers—violations may lead to termination.
