Job Title: Document Processing Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Document Processing Associate. In this role, you will efficiently manage workflow by reviewing emails, uploading files into document processing software, and ensuring precise indexing. You will also conduct thorough quality checks to maintain data accuracy while leveraging strong data entry and software skills for seamless document processing.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay rate: $18/hr
Responsibilities:
• Review emails and upload files into document processing software.
• Index documents and perform detailed quality checks.
• Utilize data entry and software skills to manage workflow efficiently.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with data entry, computer software, and office equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
