Document management company is looking for a Document Specialist to fulfill client estimates and orders for various corporate document retrievals and filings. This role involves working with other team members to complete project requests efficiently. Responsibilities include responding to vendor requests, managing the order process, obtaining certificates of status, conducting name availability and status searches, handling corporate filings, and maintaining organized records. The candidate should also be able to multi-task, accept directions well, and work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
