AppleOne is seeking an experienced Donor Relations Manager to support our client located in Dallas, TX. The Donor Relations Manager, in partnership with the fundraising team and the Director of Development, will be responsible for updates, assisting with campaign mailings, campaign management, and project management/coordination of special events. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for donor entry and acknowledgment.

Responsibilities:
· Volunteer coordination includes processing volunteer applications, conducting volunteer orientation, introducing volunteers to leaders, creating volunteer schedules, and coordinating quarterly volunteer appreciation activities.

· Donor Acknowledgment includes processing donations, entering them into Salesforces, and preparing acknowledgment letters.

· Donor Cultivation includes ensuring that donors over $1000 receive personal thank you notes from the CEO each week, ensuring that mid-level donors ($1000 - $9,999 annually) receive quarterly communication including (notes from clients, invitations for coffee/tours with the CEO, and invitation to Annual Open House & Donor Appreciation event)

· Event Coordination Assistance, in partnership with the Development Director, includes distributing weekly event updates, tracking sponsorships and guests, coordinating/scheduling with vendors, coordinating/scheduling event volunteers, and other related duties.

· Mailing Coordination includes assembly, labeling, postage, and mailing for the Annual Campaign, North Texas Giving Campaign, Annual Report, and SAVE Summer campaign.

Requirements:
· 4 years of Administrative Assistant or Office Management experience.
· 3 years of customer service experience.
· 2 years of college, nonprofit experience a plus.
· At least 3 years on ONE job in the past 8 years.

Starting Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 based on experience
