Motivated and experienced Donations Officer needed to join an expanding Non-Profit.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our donor base, ensuring effective communication with donors, and maximizing fundraising efforts. This role is crucial in helping us achieve our mission and sustain our programs. Ideal candate must be passionate about ending Domestic Violence.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain donors.
-Manage donor relationships, ensuring timely and personalized communication.
-Coordinate fundraising campaigns and events.
-Track and analyze donation data to identify trends and opportunities.
-Prepare reports on fundraising activities and donor engagement.
-Collaborate with other departments to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a similar role.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and project management abilities.
-Proficiency in fundraising software and CRM systems.
Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year.-Plus commission incentives
up to $200k total package.
