QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
* Knowledge of EDI systems and basic trouble shooting.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an e-commerce/call center supervisory role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.


HUGE PLUS:
* College degree.
* Bilingual Spanish.



ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Leading and mentoring a team customer service representatives.
* Maintaining relationships with wholesale clients.
* Overseeing the processing of wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
* Conducting training sessions for the customer service team to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
* Identifying areas for improvement in customer service procedures and implementing necessary changes.
* Working closely with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
