Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join our team in Long Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of customer service experience, specifically with big box retailers such as Amazon and Wayfair.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service experience
Experience with big box retailers (Amazon, Wayfair, etc.)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
