ERP Change Management Specialist
Contract for 12 months to start ASAP

The ERP Change Management Specialist acts as a liaison between the IT and HR departments, and the ERP vendor, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of ERP systems to support HR processes. This role focuses on managing change and project initiatives, facilitating communication, and driving the successful implementation of ERP-related projects that impact HR operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ERP Implementation & Change Management:
•Lead and manage ERP-related change and project initiatives, focusing on HR modules such as Team Member relations, benefits, talent acquisition, compensation, and workforce management.
•Support the adoption of how HR technology at organizational, departmental, and individual levels, addressing the challenges and opportunities between each group of stakeholders.
•Ensure HR processes are effectively mapped, configured, and aligned within the ERP system.
•Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to deliver system updates, enhancements, and troubleshoot issues impacting HR functions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
•Serve as the primary liaison between HR, the vendor, and the IT department to translate business needs into system requirements.
•Work closely with HR leadership to understand operational goals and align ERP capabilities to support strategic objectives.
•Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and smooth transitions during system changes.

Process Improvement & Documentation:
•Assist in analyzing the existing HR processes and identifying areas for improvement, and recommend ERP-driven solutions.
•Document workflows, system changes, and user guides to ensure effective knowledge transfer and compliance.
•Ensure ERP system configurations comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Training & User Support:
•Assist in developing and delivering training programs for HR teams on ERP system features and updates, as well as property-wide ERP training initiatives.
•Provide ongoing support to HR system users, addressing issues and optimizing user experiences.

Project Management:
•Manage ERP-related HR projects from conception to completion, including planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
•Track project milestones, report progress, and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
•Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as at least five (5) years in ERP change management, HRIS systems, or related roles, with a strong understanding of HR processes and IT systems. Preferred qualifications include working with large-scale ERP implementations, certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci, CCMP) or Project Management (PMP), and experience in hospitality, gaming, or food and beverage industry environments.

TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Infor, or Workday, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft), HRIS platforms, and project management methodologies.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex projects and delivering results under tight deadlines.

CHANGE LEADERSHIP: Ability to guide teams through organizational change while minimizing disruptions and maintaining service excellence.
