Electrical Project Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our successful construction team. The ideal candidate will bring dedication to their role and help drive the company’s goals forward. This position includes excellent benefits and the potential for advancement.
Compensation, Expectations, and Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-Time, Salary Exempt
Salary: $75K-$120K depending on experience
Bonuses: Eligible for potential bonuses
Additional: Company Vehicle
Preferred Qualifications:
Clean driving record
3+ years in a Project Management role (REQUIRED)
7+ years of relevant trade experience
Commercial and Industrial Electrical Experience
Journeyman or Master Electrician (Preferred)
Experience in highway lighting systems, electrical wiring, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and roadway signage (Preferred)
Proficiency in reading plans, specifications, and construction methods
Primary Responsibilities:
Experience with Wastewater/Water Treatment plant electrical construction
Proficiency with P&ID control wiring and PLCs
Familiarity with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) projects, including highway lighting and ITS (Preferred)
Generator installation experience
Knowledge of Procore (Preferred)
Familiarity with Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Blue Beam
Experience with P6 scheduling (Preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Efficient time management
Layout and delegate tasks effectively
Strong communication skills with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Ability to handle pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Team-oriented mindset
Physical Demands:
The role requires the ability to handle physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work for extended periods standing, sitting, or walking.
