Client is in need of a Medical Device Manufacturer to help with producing high-quality medical devices, such as pacemakers and ICDs, in a manufacturing cell under close supervision. Key duties include assembling, repairing, and testing devices, following standardized procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating effectively with manufacturing management. Employees must adhere to safety guidelines, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and support regulatory standards like QMS and EMS. The role also involves maintaining product traceability and collaborating with supervisors to monitor performance metrics. Required skills include a high school diploma, the ability to follow instructions, proficiency with electronic data systems, and strong problem-solving and manual dexterity skills. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred.
