Are you detail-oriented and excited to work in the dynamic field of customs brokerage? As an Entry Writer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the import/export process, helping clients navigate the complex world of customs compliance. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the logistics industry and work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customs Entry Management: Prepare and submit customs entries, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Classification & Compliance: Use your knowledge of Harmonized System (HS) codes to classify goods accurately and follow customs laws and standards.
• Client & Document Support: Review import/export documents, manage records, and work directly with clients to address inquiries and resolve customs-related issues.
• Regulatory Updates: Stay current on trade regulations and industry changes, sharing insights with clients and team members.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: At least 2 years in customs brokerage or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in customs brokerage software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-Oriented & Communicative: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
