Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of escrow documents and files.
Coordinate with clients, lenders, and real estate agents.
Perform data entry and maintain transaction records.
Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software.
Previous experience in escrow, title, or real estate is a plus but not required.
