A busy estate planning and elder law firm in Oviedo is hiring an experienced Probate Paralegal to join our team! Ideal for candidates with probate, trust administration, and estate planning experience.
Salary: $55K - $70K, commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage probate proceedings, from formal to summary administration
• Handle trust administration through to termination or ongoing funding
• Draft, organize, and file court pleadings
• Meet with clients, sign documents, and interact with financial advisors
• Document estate assets and creditors efficiently
Requirements:
• 2+ years of probate or estate planning experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
