AppleOne is assisting a client in the Miami area in hiring an Events Analyst to temporarily join their team!
The event analyst will support the creation and execution of client event activities from concept through execution and evaluation. The analyst will play a key role in the event strategy for the market bringing creative ideas, suggested venues and proposed content to the market with considerable thought to strategic execution. High pressured position demands strong communication skills, accuracy, long hours and travel.
Skills required:
• 1-2 years of work experience in a related job discipline (event planning, hospitality, administrative assistant, etc.) or professional/corporate environment
• Must be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate clearly amongst a variety of personalities
• Excellent/advanced skills working in Microsoft Products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Ability to master various database products (Experience working in SharePoint, Stova or other CRM platforms is a plus)
• Ability to work early morning and late evening events
• Financial services experience is a plus
This position is 100% onsite in Brickell
