Role Overview: As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of live concert production, from pre-event planning through to the final curtain call. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for live music. You will work closely with artists, production teams, vendors, and venues to ensure every event runs smoothly and delivers an amazing experience for both performers and attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead event planning and execution for live concerts, including logistics, timelines, and coordination.
Work directly with artists, booking agents, and other stakeholders to ensure all needs are met.
Oversee event budgeting, scheduling, and procurement of resources (equipment, staff, permits).
Manage venue selection, setup, and tear-down operations, ensuring safety and compliance with local regulations.
Coordinate with production teams on sound, lighting, staging, and technical setups.
Supervise event day operations, including staff management, guest services, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Provide post-event debriefing and reports for future improvement.

Proven experience in event management, with a focus on live concerts or large-scale events.
Strong knowledge of event logistics, venue operations, and vendor management.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet to solve problems quickly.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines.
Passion for music and the live event industry.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with budget management and contract negotiations.
Familiarity with sound and lighting equipment for live performances.
A network of industry contacts, including vendors, venues, and artists.
