-Beauty/Personal Care (Cosmetics, Perfume/Cologne, Skin Care, Hair Care)
-Textile, Warehouse, Merchandising, Manufacturing, Distribution, Garment
DUTIES:
•Provide support to C Level Executives with both business and personal assistant duties
•Administer executive office support such as executive calendaring, meeting planning & coordination, travel administration, and executive planning and project updates
•Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care, including financial, legal, and personnel matters.
•Strong critical thinking, and proactive nature to assist the executive with overseeing some day-to-day business activities as they may arise
•Assist with putting together presentations for board and staff meetings
•Oversee daily operations in collaboration with employees at various levels, and perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copies and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
•Assist executive in determining and prioritizing business strategies based on their schedule and business demands
•Proactively escalate and resolve potential issues by calling them to the attention of the executive and identifying potential solutions
•Coordinates travel schedules and arrangements, collects required travel documentation
•Prepares and processes expense reports in accordance with established divisional travel policy guidelines; ensures the timely processing of expenses utilizing the latest electronic processes for payment to corporate credit cards
•Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
•Track and update logins, passwords, and all sensitive information as instructed
•Handle projects as assigned, working with other departments when necessary to support the company business needs
•Other duties as needed
Personal Assistant Duties
•Manage personal calendar, setting reminders and organizing travel and appointments
•Respond to personal emails, phone calls and pay bills
•Book airline and hotels for travel for Executive and family
•Fling, faxing, photocopying and scanning documents and maintaining folders for organization
•Run errands such as bank runs, coordinating household staff, grocery shopping, dry cleaning, buying gifts, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Strong MAC/Apple product proficiency
•Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
•Highly organized, possesses strong initiative and has the ability to complete multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
